STANDARD SYSTEM OF MEASURING BUILDING WORK SEVENTH EDITION 2015

In August 2013 the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors appointed a committee consisting of Prof H M Siglè (chairman), Ms E Edwardes and Mr R de Villiers to produce a seventh edition, taking into consideration international tendencies.  In association with the Master Builders South Africa a draft was prepared and sent for comment to various quantity surveying practices and associations for their input and comments.  Thereafter the Association published this seventh edition for use by quantity surveyors and others active in the industry in South Africa, the rest of Africa and further afield.
